The Parents Association of Pretoria Boys High School endeavours to contribute to the efficient functioning of PBHS and to add value to the process of education of all boys at School. The PA does not primarily concern itself with issues of governance or management of the school, but strives to contribute to overall functioning of the school, by facilitating communication between parents and teachers, by introducing and involving parents to the broader school community and by placing parent resources at the school's disposal, where needed. This may include assistance in hosting school sporting and cultural events, support in specified fundraising activities and interacting with the broader community of old boys and friends of the school, as well as the business community, where appropriate.
