Portfolios

Specific portfolios and activities of the PA include the following:

• regular staffing of barbecue stalls at school sporting events
• provision of medical doctors as well as an ambulance and paramedic service at certain sporting events hosted at school
• procurement of required stationery requirements for scholars at the beginning of each academic year at discounted prices
• annual hosting of an informative activity or seminar of interest to parents
• assisting with the production of the school magazine by procuring advertisement funding
• contributing to the effective dissemination of information regarding school and PA activities through the school website
• representation on the school governing body
• fund raising through the administration of the myschool card facility
